I can’t tell you how delighted I was with the results of my first on-line auction that concluded last month. As you know I was fairly nervous. I know from the history in my industry that the first live runs are always filled with perils and problems. This was certainly not what I experienced.
Through your direction, the early testing brought out the bugs and by the time the auction was “live” almost everything was running flawlessly. When little “bugs” did appear, I panicked, but you just fixed them. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the fact you were always available and worked tirelessly to get things done as quickly as possible.
It didn’t hurt that your prices were reasonable and more than competitive and your technical knowledge is more than I hoped for. The only complaint I have is you didn’t bid in the auction.

Thank you for helping to make our 11th auction a great success!
As you know, our June 2006 auction was our 7th with on-linebidding. Because of significant problems with our previous system, we made the decision to switch to your Auction1000™ system after our 6th on-line auction. Since we are a smaller auction company, making the investment in a new system was a big step. Now that our first auction using Auction1000™ is behind us, I can tell you that we are very pleased that we took the step!
Your very knowledgeable, soft-spoken and pleasant manner was a delight! You were there for us every step of the way, through development to real-time bidding. Fortunately, the problems we experienced with our old system are a thing of the past.
Your system and your personal attention are first-rate. We re so happy we decided to make the switch to the Collectible Classics version of Auction1000™.
John and I are impressed with your down-to-earth style and your programming knowledge. You consistently understood what we needed, and you accomplished the modifications we requested in record time, day and night.
On the closing nights of our previous on-line auctions, we often were unable to get in touch with the programmer when problems arose. What a contrast! You were consistently there to provide us with first-rate support.
Making the decision to walk away from a substantial investment in our first system wasn't easy. But the decision to switch was the right one. We have received many favorable comments from our customers concerning the new system. Auction1000™ has proved to be well worth the investment.
Because of the system's user-friendly bidding and display features, we expect that our on-line bidding will continue to increase, and we look forward to continuing to work with you through many more successful auctions.
